Professional Summary:

Haley is an associate in the firm’s Kansas City office representing clients in defense and insurance claims involving casualty litigation, wrongful death, premises liability, professional liability, and insurance bad faith.

Prior to joining the firm, Haley served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge James F. Kanatzar of the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County and as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Jackson County. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Lisa White Hardwick at the Missouri Court of Appeals Western District.

Haley graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law at Columbia in 2015. During law school, she was a Student Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and clinical student for the Family Violence Clinic. She also served as an intern clerk at the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights and as a congressional intern for a member at the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C. While in law school, Haley received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in the study of Adoption, Assisted Reproduction Technology & Guardianship.

Haley earned her B.A. cum laude in Legal Studies and Communications from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri in 2012.

Haley currently lives in Olathe, KS. In her free time she enjoys exercising, spending time with her two Siberian Huskies, and hosting family and friends.
