Catherine Goodnight has defended employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation in Missouri for over 16 years. She has worked both for private firms defending employers and their insurance carriers, and has worked for theAttorney General’s office defending the Second Injury Fund.
Catherine has defended thousands of cases, and has argued cases before the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, the Southern District Court of Appeals, and the Missouri Supreme Court.
Catherine earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2000, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1997. She practiced for a short time in Arkansas doing general litigation before moving to Missouri with her husband.
Catherine is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Springfield, Missouri. Outside of the office she enjoys attending Arkansas Razorback and Oklahoma State sporting events and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and son, Charles.
