Rhiannon K. Baker

Rhiannon Baker, an Iowa native, has been practicing law for over twelve years, four of which was serving as a federal law clerk. She practices in our civil litigation and insurance defense group in a variety of federal and state litigation matters.

Having spent several years working for the federal courts, Rhiannon has a strong foundation in advocacy and legal research & writing. She helps clients resolve disputes involving a wide range of complex and general matters, including but not limited to employment, professional liability, construction, contract issues and business and personal torts.

Rhiannon earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tulsa, and her master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. She worked for several years in the social services field before receiving her juris doctor degree from the University of Tulsa. While in law school, Rhiannon served as Executive Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and her article was selected for publication. She earned several awards and distinctions including graduating with Highest Honor, Order of the Curule Chair, a Certificate in Health Law, the Robert C. Butler Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship and Writing, and numerous CALI awards. She was selected by Super Lawyers as a 2018 Rising Star.

Rhiannon currently lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, though she is also licensed in Iowa and Minnesota. She is a member of Leadership Tulsa and is an OBA Delegate for the Tulsa Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors for Tulsa Lawyers for Children as well as Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS). She has a passion for helping victims of crime and is a member of the RAINN Speakers Bureau.
