Mason Stewart
Mason Stewart is an associate in the firm’s Kansas City office. Mason focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing and providing counsel to employers and insurance carriers in both Kansas and Missouri. He began his legal career in 2021, gaining experience in criminal defense and family law before joining MVP in 2025.Before joining MVP, Mason attended the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas School of Law on academic scholarships. Mason is a proud graduate of the LEAD Program at KU, which gives aspiring lawyers the opportunity to earn both their undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate in only six years.
Mason was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. It was there where he developed his love for sports, particularly baseball, basketball, football, and golf. As the oldest of three and an extrovert by nature, Mason spends most of his free time connecting with friends and family over sports, music, and good conversation. If he is not with loved ones or doing something active, Mason can likely be found hanging out with his best friend, his six-year old black-lab, Boozer.
