Nichole S. Bryant
Nichole Bryant is a Shareholder at McAnany, Van Cleave and Phillips. She has been practicing law for 26 years, the last 12 years with MVP. In 2012, Ms. Bryant was the first full time MVP attorney at the Tulsa, Oklahoma office. Ms. Bryant litigates workers’ compensation claims primarily in Oklahoma. She also provides coverage opinions for claims handled in other MVP jurisdictions which have potential Texas workers’ compensation liability.Ms. Bryant proficiently handles cases before the Oklahoma Court of Existing Claims and the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission from trial to all appellate levels.
Ms. Bryant taught undergraduate and graduate business law and employment law courses at the University of Phoenix for over 5 years. In addition Ms. Bryant speaks at workers’ compensation seminars in Oklahoma and has moderated and spoken at the Oklahoma Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section Las Vegas seminar.
Ms. Bryant is the immediate past chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Ms. Bryant also previously held the chairman position in 2016. Ms. Bryant has completed 4 marathons and over 15 half marathons.
