Lawrence D. Greenbaum
Lawrence D. Greenbaum represents clients in a wide variety of subject areas, including contract negotiation and disputes, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, real estate, construction contracts and litigation, banking law and litigation and personal injury matters. Larry represents creditors including banks and other financial institutions and businesses in loan transactions, foreclosures, workouts, and all types of bankruptcy proceedings. He advises corporate, individual and government clients concerning their fiduciary duties and business tort and litigates these issues. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.Larry represents parties involved in business transactions and disputes, restrictive covenants, covenants not to compete, trade secrets and fiduciary duties. He litigates a wide variety of cases, ranging from the large, complex, cases to straight-forward disputes involving more modest amounts of money. With education and experience as a chemical engineer, Larry has insights into many technical or scientific matters, including engineering malpractice and construction-related disputes.
During his career, Larry has served on the boards of directors of Kansas City area non-profit organizations and participated in coaching youth sports. Larry has been a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and Earl E. O’Connor Inns of Court, which promote civility among lawyers and society generally.
