Aaron J. Greenbaum
Aaron Greenbaum joined MVP Law in August 2019. He represents employers and insurance carriers in Kansas and Missouri workers’ compensation.Aaron has litigated various complex issues before administrative judges and the Kansas Court of Appeals and Missouri Court of Appeals. He has presented on numerous topics including Missouri Occupational Diseases, Remote Workforce: Return to Work and Occupational Exposure Claims, and Mental Health Claims in the Workplace.
Aaron graduated from Baker University in 2016 majoring in business management and obtaining minors in accounting, finance, and Spanish. He was a member of the men’s soccer team his freshman year and the men’s tennis team all four years. He also served as the Student Senate President his senior year. Aaron obtained his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2019.
Aaron was a member of the Washburn Law Journal and published Comments on Kansas workers’ compensation decision, Johnson v. U.S. Food Service, 427 P.3d 996 (Kan. Ct. App. 2018) and Missouri workers’ compensation decision, Tillotson v. v. St. Joseph Medical Center, 347 S.W.3d 511 (Mo. Ct. App. 2011). Aaron earned Dean’s Honors, a Business and Transactional Law Certificate, and served two years as the Athletic Chair for Phi Alpha Delta.
Aaron enjoys watching the Kansas City professional sports teams, regularly attending the Kansas City Current matches. He regularly plays tennis, pickleball, and soccer. Since 2015, Aaron coaches at “Tennis Buddies” teaching tennis to adults and children with intellectual disabilities at Overland Park Racquet Club.
