Caroline S. Mudd

Caroline Mudd is an attorney in the firm’s Kansas City, Kansas, office who represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation cases in both Missouri and Kansas. Caroline began her legal career as an associate attorney with MVP Law from 2007 to 2010 and rejoined the firm in 2024. Over the years she has worked for private firms representing employers and their insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters, a private firm representing claimants in workers’ compensation matters, and most recently for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, defending the City in workers’ compensation matters. Caroline’s variety of experience on all sides of workers’ compensation matters provides her with unique insight when defending cases.

Caroline received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, where she served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Dispute Resolution. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, minoring in Journalism.

Caroline lives in the Brookside area of Kansas City, Missouri, where she is an active volunteer for her children’s school, currently serving on the School Board. Caroline spends most of her free time acting as a chauffer for her daughter and two sons.
