Catlynn R. Black
Catlynn Black, a first year associate, practices in the workers’ compensation practice group defending insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in Kansas.While at Washburn University School of Law, Catlynn interned for the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. This experience offered Catlynn the opportunity to become very familiar with the Kansas statutory and regulatory schemes. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Administrative Law and graduated cum laude.
Outside of work, Catlynn likes travel of all sorts. She particularly enjoys traveling to places where she can go on hikes to see great views and wildlife with her miniature dachshund, Booker, and her fiancé.
