Charles A. Syring
Charles “Charlie” Syring is an associate in MVP Law’s Kansas City office. Charlie focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing and providing counsel to employers and insurance carriers in Kansas. Charlie first joined the firm in the summer of 2025 as a summer associate and became an associate attorney in 2026.Before joining MVP, Charlie earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. While in law school, Charlie was a member of the Moot Court Council and competed in the Manfred Lachs Space Moot Court Competition. He earned a CALI award for top paper in his Legal Research and Writing class. Charlie worked as a research assistant to Professor John Francis and contributed to the publication of Curing Youngblood’s Ills with a Transfusion from State Due Process, 75 DePaul L. Rev. (2025). He also served as the secretary for the Business Law Society. Charlie graduated and earned his J.D. with Deans Honors.
Outside of the office, Charlie is an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys watching college football. He also enjoys barbequing and spending time with his friends and family.
