Dakkota M. Huber

Dakkota Huber joined MVP Law in 2023 as a member of the workers’ compensation defense practice group in Kansas City. She represents employers and insurers across the state of Missouri & Kansas.

Prior to joining MVP, Dakkota served the Family Court of Jackson County, MO and the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office. Dakkota graduated Magna Cum Laude from William Jewell College and later attended UMKC School of Law. In law school, she was in the Pro Bono Honors Program, Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, and the President of the Public Interest Law Association. Dakkota was also a file clerk at MVP Law while completing her undergraduate degree.

Dakkota lives in Excelsior Springs, MO with her grandparents and furbaby, Callie. When she’s not working, Dakkota enjoys spending time with her young cousins and serving as the Attorney Coach for the Excelsior Springs Mock Trial Team. Dakkota is an avid Harry Potter enthusiast and is a licensed foster parent.
