Danielle R. Farha

Danielle Farha is a shareholder in the firm’s Kansas City office and has been practicing law since 2016. She clerked with MVP during law school and has worked for the firm her entire legal career. Danielle exclusively represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims in Kansas and Missouri.

Danielle has successfully litigated and mediated claims in Kansas, Missouri and Iowa throughout her career. She has prevailed in both oral arguments and written briefs before the Kansas Court of Appeals and Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. Danielle routinely speaks to employers, insurance carriers, nurse case managers, human resource specialists and attorneys in the workers’ compensation field, providing updates on case law and claim handling techniques. She prides herself on responsiveness and communication with her clients to ensure their litigation goals are efficiently achieved.

Before joining MVP, Danielle received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. While attending KU, Danielle was a CASA volunteer, advocating for children in the legal system who have experienced abuse or neglect. She went on to attend the University of Kansas School of Law. During that time, she served as a Judicial intern for the Honorable John W. Lungstrum at the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.

In her free time, Danielle spends her time with her husband, Joey, and their son, Patrick. You can find them running after their English and Irish Setters at the park. Being born and raised in Lawrence, KS, Danielle is an avid KU Jayhawk fan.
