Francesca R. Pollina
Francesca Pollina is an associate attorney in the firm’s Kansas City, KS office, practicing in the workers’ compensation practice group defending insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in Missouri. Francesca joined the firm as an associate in 2025.Francesca earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology in 2022 at Rockhurst University. She found her passion for law when she was selected to be a student volunteer for the Midwest Innocence Project. Francesca went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2025, with an emphasis in Sports Law. While in law school, she worked in the Juvenile Justice Legal Clinic assisting in the representation of juvenile offenders.
Francesca was born and raised in Kansas City. She played competitive volleyball for many years. Her volleyball career came to an end at Simpson College in 2018. As a retired athlete, she now maintains a strong sense of pride in attending many of Kansas City’s professional sporting games. When she is not rooting for her hometown, you may find her at Nebraska volleyball games. Francesca has two cats, and cherishes time spent with family and friends.
