Gabriel J. Greenbaum

Gabriel Greenbaum represents clients in a wide variety of business and commercial matters, including commercial litigation, creditor’s rights/loan enforcement, secured transactions, bankruptcy, real estate, business tort litigation, non-compete litigation, and contractual disputes of every nature. In addition to commercial litigation, Gabriel represents clients in litigation involving premises and transportation liability, professional liability, and construction claims.

Outside of litigation, Gabriel represents clients in a variety of transactions, including the acquisition, sale, and leasing of real estate, real estate finance, sale and acquisition of a company’s assets, sale and acquisition of businesses, loan workouts, and entity formation. Gabriel also serves as outside general counsel for small businesses of various types and has provided coverage opinions for insurance carriers.

Gabriel was selected to the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars List in Business Litigation. Before joining MVP, Gabriel obtained his undergraduate degree in Finance from Baker University, where he graduated cum laude and was a captain of the baseball team. Gabriel obtained his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor on the Washburn Law Journal and graduated with Dean’s Honors and a certificate with distinction in Business and Transactional Law.

Gabriel currently lives in Prairie Village, Kansas. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and on the golf course. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching the Kansas City sports teams and Manchester United.
