Jacob R. Fiscella
Jacob Fiscella is an associate in MVP Law’s Kansas City office. Jacob focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing and providing counsel to employers and insurance carriers in Kansas. Jacob first joined the firm in the summer of 2025 as a summer associate and became an associate attorney in 2026.Before joining MVP, Jacob graduated from Rockhurst University with a degree in Economics and Political Science in 2023. During his time at Rockhurst, Jacob was a member of the men’s lacrosse team for two years, an academic all GLVC recipient in 2020, and was involved in the Magis Leadership Program. Following his undergraduate studies, Jacob attended the Washburn University School of Law where he was a member of the Small Business & Nonprofit Transactional Law Clinic.
Jacob was born and raised in Kansas City. An avid sports fan, you can find him cheering on the Royals, Chiefs, and the St. Louis Blues. In his free time, Jacob enjoys golfing, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family; especially his five nieces and nephews.
