Jessica M. Kolditz
Jessica Kolditz is an associate attorney in the firm’s St. Louis office, practicing in the firm’s workers’ compensation practice group defending insurers, self-insured employers, and third party administrators in Missouri. Jessica joined the firm as an associate attorney in September of 2025, after initially joining the firm as a summer law clerk in 2024.Prior to joining the firm, Jessica graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, and a minor in Business Administration. Afterwards, she received her Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law, where she received the Academic Excellence Award in Advanced Corporate Governance and in Legislation. During her time in law school, Jessica published an article in the Maryland Law Review Online titled “DOJ Compliance Monitorships: The Use of Corporate Monitors and the Future of The Boeing Company.”
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys playing golf, tasting new wines, cooking new recipes, and watching sports, especially the Missouri Tigers. Jessica also loves spending time and traveling with her fiancé, family, and friends.
