Jessica R. Voelker
Jessica Voelker is an attorney in the firm’s Omaha office representing employers and insurance carriers in all matters relating to workers’ compensation defense. Jessica brings 25 years of experience to her clients, most of which is in workers’ compensation defense and subrogation, and represents clients across Nebraska and Iowa.Prior to joining MVP, Jessica spent over ten years as in-house counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurance carriers. This experience gave her specialized insight into the claims handling process, allowing her to provide excellent service to her clients in private practice.
Jessica enjoys presenting at industry conferences and has been a guest speaker at the Nebraska Workers’ Compensaton Seminar.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys traveling, especially to French and Spanish speaking locales, where she is able to keep her fluency up to date.
