Joseph W. Hemberger
Joe Hemberger has been practicing law for over 30 years and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Transaction group. His primary practice is in the area of negotiating and drafting contracts of every nature.Mr. Hemberger’s practice involves the sale, acquisition, and leasing of real estate, with an emphasis on financing. Mr. Hemberger represents a number of area banks in all facets of lending, including loan documentation for both real estate and asset-based lending, loan workouts, and day-to-day operations. In addition to banks, Mr. Hemberger represents a wide variety of businesses, holding companies, landlords, tenants, and developers in the sale, purchase, leasing, financing, development, and construction of personal and real property. Mr. Hemberger also does work in the area of entity formation, stock issuance and agreements, company governance, and the purchase and sale of businesses.
Mr. Hemberger has been a member of various on non-profit boards and is currently a member of the Foundation Board of Bishop Miege High School.
