Megan Splichal
Megan Splichal is an associate in MVP Law’s Kansas City office, focusing her practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing and providing counsel to employers and insurance carriers in Kansas.Megan earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an Organizational Management focus, a minor in Leadership Studies, and a Professional Strategic Selling Certificate from Kansas State University. During her time at Kansas State University, Megan was a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority and was involved in the Student Governing Association, College of Business’ Dean’s Student Advisory Council, and Blue Key Senior Honorary Society.
Following graduation, Megan attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor in May of 2026 with a concentration in Human Resources Law. While pursuing her J.D., she was involved in the Student Bar Association, Sports, Entertainment, and Business Club, and Transactional Law and Finance Club. Megan also obtained her Nebraska Mediation License in the Spring of 2026.
Megan was born and raised in Olathe, Kansas. Growing up as the only girl in her family with three brothers, Megan is outspoken and competitive by nature. During her spare time, Megan spends time with her niece and nephew, watches Kansas State, Nebraska, and the Chiefs play football, and hangs out with her Golden Retriever, Daisy.
