Morgan B. Kirkpatrick
Morgan Kirkpatrick has been practicing law for eight years. Her practice is focused on representing the interests of employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters throughout the state of Missouri.Previously, her primary practice was in civil litigation, representing clients in a variety of practice areas including rent and possession actions, entity formations, collections, judgment enforcement, contract drafting and enforcement, and family law, where she also served as a guardian ad litem for minor children. She routinely managed civil litigation cases through all phases including pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation, and trial.
Morgan is excited to join MVP and return to a career in workers’ compensation after previously representing the State of Missouri—Central Accident Reporting Office and Second Injury Fund during her time with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.
Morgan serves on the Associate’s Board of Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks and is an active member in the Sunrise Rotary Club of Springfield. Morgan is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and was named on the Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Morgan lives in Springfield, Missouri, with her husband, Cameron Beaver, and their two dogs. She enjoys cheering on the Mizzou Tigers, rewatching Gilmore Girls, knitting, and spending time with her nephews and her dogs.
