Seth M. Jurcyk
Seth Jurcyk represents the interests of employers and insurance carriers in various workers' compensation matters throughout Kansas and Missouri. He writes submission letters, appellate briefs, seminar materials, and litigation strategies. He also conducts research and drafts legal memoranda on complex legal issues.Before joining McAnany, Van Cleave and Phillips, Seth received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Kansas. Seth received his J.D. with honors from Washburn University School of Law where he also participated in the Litigation Clinic representing indigent Topekans.
A proud Kansas City native, Seth currently resides in Westwood. He enjoys fishing, reading, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
