Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska issued new workers’ compensation benefit rates that apply to accidents occurring between July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
Kansas
The maximum weekly benefit rate increased to $835.00.
The mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.670 a mile.
Missouri
The maximum weekly benefit rate has increased to $1,228.04 for TTD, PTD and Death.
The maximum PPD benefit rate has increased to $643.26.
The mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.640 a mile.
Iowa
The maximum weekly benefit rate for TTD, HP, PTD and Death has increased to $2,274.00.
The maximum PPD benefit rate has increased to $2,092.00.
The mileage reimbursement rate has increased to $0.670 a mile.
Nebraska
The burial allowance increased to $11,600 effective July 1, 2024.
Illinois
Illinois is expected to post the benefit rates that will go into effect on July 15, 2024 by July 15th. As soon as the new rates are published, we will update the MVP Law website with new rate card. If you request a physical Illinois rate card, depending on timing, you may receive your cards in two packages.
