Caroline Mudd Appointed as Administrative Law Judge

MVP Law is proud to announce the selection of Caroline Mudd as an Administrative Law Judge for the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation. Caroline started her workers’ compensation career as an attorney with MVP Law in 2007 and rejoined the firm in 2024.

Caroline’s experience in the workers’ compensation field, including private practice as a defense attorney and as a plaintiff’s attorney, and her work for the City of Kansas City as Assistant City Attorney, gives her a unique perspective as she moves into the ALJ role.

Caroline earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law where she served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Dispute Resolution.

On August 1, 2025, Caroline will begin her role as a Missouri Administrative Law Judge in the Division of Workers’ Compensation, Kansas City Office, in the Western Adjudication Region. We are excited for her as she takes this next step in her legal career and wish her the best. From everyone at MVP Law, Congratulations, Judge Mudd!
