Continuing Education

If you need HRCI Credits, SHRM or Attorney CLE, you will be able to choose any sessions to attend.  Please make sure to download the Whova App and build your schedule so we can check you into each session and track your credits. This seminar is approved for Kansas & Missouri CLE. When you leave the seminar, please stop by the continuing education table to receive your certificates of attendance that include the program numbers. For HRCI, SHRM or Attorney CLE, partial credit is available.

In order to receive continuing education credit hours for the Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas Departments of Insurance, attendees must be present for the entire session: Ethics – 8:00-8:50am, Morning Seminar – 9:00-12:00pm, and/or Afternoon Seminar – 1:00-4:00pm.  Partial credit hours are not available.  Again, please make sure to download the Whova App and build your schedule so we can check you into each session and track your credits. You will need to check in and have your badge scanned at each session to track your continuing education credits. Should a session not be checked in during a time block, per CEU guidelines, we will be unable to give you credits for that portion of the seminar.

If you are not comfortable building your schedule on the Whova app and need to use a paper passport, please stop by the continuing education table when you arrive at the seminar to sign in and receive the materials.

Please note that the seminar will start with the 1 hour ethics credit from 8:00am – 8:50 am, the morning employment law seminar will run from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and is approved for 3 general hours, and the afternoon workers’ compensation session runs from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and is approved for 3 general hours. You must be present for all sessions within the time blocks described above in order to receive credit.

We will have a dedicated Continuing Education table at the seminar, please make sure that you stop by if you have any questions or concerns.  We will be unable to give you credit without checking you in to each session and your license number.

If you need continuing education for another discipline, we will have certificates of attendance available at the end of the morning session, and at the end of the day that you can use for submissions.

If you have any questions at all about continuing education, please contact Sarah Hollis.
