MVP Law is proud to announce that at the Annual Shareholder meeting on January 31st, MVP attorneys Sarah Boston, Aaron Greenbaum, Seth Jurcyk, and Jackson Hedges were all voted in as equity-shareholders. Congratulations to all!

Sarah Boston works out of the firm’s Kansas City office representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation cases in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. Sarah worked for the firm prior to attending law school from 2016 – 2019, clerked for MVP from 2019-2020 and continued as an attorney after graduation.
Sarah obtained her juris doctorate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in May of 2020. Prior to attending law school, Sarah had several years of experience within the legal field in various aspects of practice ranging from administration to attorney support.
Aaron Greenbaum joined MVP Law in August 2019. He represents employers and insurance carriers in Kansas and Missouri workers’ compensation. Aaron has litigated various complex issues before administrative judges and the Kansas Court of Appeals and Missouri Court of Appeals.
Aaron graduated from Baker University in 2016 majoring in business management and obtaining minors in accounting, finance, and Spanish. He was a member of the men’s soccer team his freshman year and the men’s tennis team all four years. He also served as the Student Senate President his senior year. Aaron obtained his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2019.


Seth Jurcyk represents the interests of employers and insurance carriers in various workers’ compensation matters throughout Kansas and Missouri. He writes submission letters, appellate briefs, seminar materials, and litigation strategies. He also conducts research and drafts legal memoranda on complex legal issues.
Before joining McAnany, Van Cleave and Phillips, Seth received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Kansas. Seth received his J.D. with honors from Washburn University School of Law where he also participated in the Litigation Clinic representing indigent Topekans.
Jackson is a shareholder practicing in the workers’ compensation group in the St. Louis office. Jackson joined McAnany Van Cleave & Phillips originally as a summer law clerk in 2018 while earning his J.D. from Saint Louis University. Jackson regularly handles defense of workers’ compensation claims for a variety of Insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators before both the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
He also specializes in handling defense of medical fee disputes pending before the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation and occupational accident policy claims filed as workers’ compensation claims.
