New Workers’ Compensation Benefit Rates for 2023

Oklahoma

The maximum weekly benefit rate for TTD and PTD increased to $986.86.This rate is in effect for accidents occurring from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

The maximum weekly benefit rate for PPD/PPI is $360 for accidents occurring from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023.

The mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.655 beginning on January 1, 2023.

Nebraska

The maximum weekly benefit rate increased to $1,029.00 for accidents occurring from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. 

The mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.655 beginning on January 1, 2023.

Illinois

The maximum weekly benefit rate for TTD increased to $1,848.20 for accidents occurring from January 15, 2023 and July 14, 2023.

The maximum weekly benefit rate for PPD increased to $998.02​ for accidents occurring from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

The TTD and PPD minimum weekly benefit rates increased as well.

The minimum is the employee’s average weekly wage or the rate below, whichever is lower.

The maximum weekly benefit rate for Death, Permanent Total Disability, or Permanent Partial Disability if amputation of a member or enucleation of an eye, increased to $1,848.20 for accidents occurring from January 15, 2023 and July 14, 2023. The minimum weekly benefit rate for the same increased to $693.08.

The mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.655 beginning on January 1, 2023.
