The maximum weekly benefit rate for TTD and PTD increased to $1,038.31. This rate is in effect for accidents occurring from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
The maximum weekly benefit rate for PPD/PPI remains unchanged at $360 for accidents occurring on or after July 1, 2021.
The mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.67 beginning on January 1, 2024.
Nebraska
The maximum weekly benefit rate increased to $1,094.00 for accidents occurring from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
The mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.67 beginning on January 1, 2024.
Illinois
The maximum weekly benefit for TTD, Death, PTD and PPD if amputation of a member or enucleation of an eye increased to $1,897.92. This rate is in effect for accidents occurring from January 15, 2024 to July 15, 2024.
The maximum weekly benefit for PPD if not amputation of a member or enucleation of an eye increased to $1,024.87. This rate is in effect for accidents occurring from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
The minimum benefit rates for Death, PTD, PPD, and TTD also increased and can be found on the rate card.
The mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.67 beginning on January 1, 2024.
