The workers’ compensation benefit rates have been updated for the period of July 1, 2021 to June 30th, 2022 for Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. The Oklahoma PPD rate is in effect from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
Missouri
The maximum weekly benefit rate has increased to $1,082.22 for TTD, PTD and Death.
The maximum PPD benefit rate has increased to $566.88.
The mileage reimbursement rate decreased to $0.53 a mile.
Kansas
The maximum weekly benefit rate increased to $737.00.
Iowa
The maximum weekly benefit rate for TTD, HP, PTD and Death has increased to $2,005.
The maximum PPD benefit rate has increased to $1,845.
The mileage reimbursement rate has decreased to $0.56 a mile.
Oklahoma
The maximum weekly benefit rate for PPD increased to $360.00. This rate is in effect through December 31, 2021.
