Chase Pumford
Chase Pumford joins the MVP Law employment law group, bringing with him 3 years of legal experience. Chase represents a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit business entities, governmental agencies, and homes associations in court and before various administrative bodies. In addition, he is also involved in a wide array of contractual and transactional matters as outside general counsel. Chase serves clients in both Kansas and Missouri jurisdictions.
Kendall Dawson
Kendall Dawson is an associate in the firm’s civil litigation and insurance defense practice group. Kendall graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln after pursuing a bachelor’s degree in French and later earned her juris doctor from Creighton University School of Law. She started as a clerk with MVP in the summer of 2021 and now serves clients across the state of Kansas. Kendall grew up in Omaha, NE, but is proud to call Kansas City home now.
Pierce Shimp
Pierce Shimp joins MVP Law after gaining experience with the Missouri Attorney General’s office. Pierce is an associate in the firm’s workers’ compensation defense group and will focus his practice on defending employers and insurance carriers in Kansas and Missouri. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2018 and has over four years of legal experience.
