At MVP Law’s Annual Shareholder meeting on January 31st, 2026, Karl Wenger was elected to fill a position on the Board of Directors made vacant by term limits. The firm remains under the leadership of Byron Bowles as President and CEO. A special thanks to former Board Member Chris Patt for his service over the last four years.
Two members of the Board of Directors, Shelley Wilson and Greg Goheen, reached the end of their first terms and were unanimously elected to their second terms on the Board.
Karl Wenger began his career at MVP and has worked at the firm for the last 16 years. He successfully defends workers’ compensation claims for self-insured employers and insurance carriers in both Kansas and Missouri. In addition to sitting on MVP’s Board of Directors, Karl serves on the KS Department of Labor Workers’ Compensation Seminar committee. Away from work he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 3 daughters and is active in his local church.
