MVP Law is pleased to announce that three attorneys were elected to equity shareholder and one attorney was elected to shareholder at the firm’s annual meeting on January 28th, 2023. Kristina Mulvany, Kelsy Allison, and Danielle Farha were voted in as equity shareholders and Spencer Low was voted in as a new shareholder.
Kristina Mulvany represents employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters in Kansas and Missouri. Kristina has been recognized on the Best Lawyers Ones to Watch list and the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in Kansas and Missouri. She has been with MVP Law her entire legal career and earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law.
Kelsy Allison also focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense across Kansas and Missouri. She has successfully argued cases before the Kansas Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. Kelsy has been recognized by Super Lawyers Rising Stars since 2021. Kelsy earned her J.D. from Washburn University.
Danielle Farha exclusively represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims in Kansas and Missouri. Danielle has been with MVP Law her entire career, starting with working as a law clerk while attending the University of Kansas School of Law where she earned her J.D..
Spencer Low focuses his practice on labor and employment as well as public sector representation in Kansas and Missouri. He represents municipal clients in land use and general municipal needs and his labor and employment practice focuses on employment discrimination and traditional labor law. Spencer earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
