MVP Law Elects 3 New Shareholders and a new member to the Board of Directors

MVP Law is proud to announce that at the annual MVP Law Shareholder Meeting, AJ Sheehan was voted in as a new equity shareholder and Danielle Farha and Nicholas Moorad were voted in as new shareholders. A fun fact about these shareholders, each welcomed a new bundle of joy to their families in 2021.

Andrew J. Sheehan

Andrew (AJ) Sheehan practices out of the firm’s Springfield, Illinois office and has defended workers’ compensation matters throughout Illinois and Missouri since 2015. AJ enjoys speaking at various workers’ compensation seminars and conferences about unique issues facing Illinois employers and the impacts of the changing landscape of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act.

Danielle R. Farha

Danielle Farha has been with MVP Law her entire career and focuses on defending workers’ compensation claims in Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa. Danielle practices out of the firm’s headquarters in Kansas City and has prevailed in both oral arguments and written briefs before the Kansas Court of Appeals. When not working, Danielle can be found spending time with her husband and son and cheering on the Jayhawks.    

Nick E. Moorad

Nicholas Moorad is based out of the firm’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office and represents employers and insurance carriers in the defense of Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims. Nick has 7 years of experience in Oklahoma workers’ compensation and has given numerous presentations at seminars and conferences. Outside of work, Nick enjoys being involved in his local community and spending time with his wife and two sons.  

Board of Directors

Christopher Patt returns to the MVP Law Board of Directors for the third time. Shareholders elected Chris to the Board to fill the vacancy created by Rachel Brown, who stepped down due to term limits.

Chris E. Patt

Chris Patt serves as the office manager of the firm’s St. Louis office and concentrates his practice on representing clients in the defense of workers’ compensation claims throughout Missouri and Illinois. Chris has over 23 years of experience and successfully argues cases before the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District, and the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
